FSK at the Third Fair in the Air
The Forum of Slavic Cultures attended the third Fair in the Air, offering the wider public books from the 100 Slavic Novels series and the only world monograph on Slavic culinary traditions, At the Table with the Slavs.
Organised by Ljubljana, UNESCO City of Literature Office, the third Fair in the Air concluded this year’s series of book fairs at the garden of the Slovenian Writers’ Society. “We are happy to have been able to present our publications directly to those who enjoy reading them. At the same time we had the opportunity to recruit new readers who are yet to begin to discover the authors and novels from the 100 Slavic Novels series,” said Mateja Jančar, head of FSC publishing programme. She added that a fair of this kind also serves as an excellent opportunity to talk, socialise and share experience with other Slovenian publishers as well as to simply hang out with book lovers in general.
