Živa Brought Together More Than 70 Participants

The four day programme of the 2017 Živa Award for the best Slavic museum was attended by more than 70 participants from eleven Slavic and other European countries. Among others, the representatives of the 2017 Živa Award candidates presented their organizations and their work and met with the thirteen judges who visited them in the process of evaluation. The FSC presented the Živa Catalogue 2017 featuring the contents of augmented reality and a special application enabling the access to those contents. Within the cultural programme there was a reception for the participants held by the Mayor of the Bled Municipality at the Bled Castle. They also visited the Bled island and listened to the recital by a well-known Slovenian Actress Milena Zupančič and to the concert of music by Slavic composers in the island Church of Assumption. On the last day they were taken to a day-long trip where they discovered the beauties of Slovenia.
